Tips and Snakemake Information

Documentation for another Snakemake pipeline I developed (PROseq_etal), includes a section detailing some helpful advice when running Snakemake pipelines, as well as advice specific to running these pipelines on Yale's HPC clusters. There are also details about the general architecture of Snakemake pipelines for those interested.
